Who Are We Looking For?

  • Previous experience in construction office is preferred. 

  • Familiarity with construction terms and materials is beneficial. 

  • Organizational skills to assist multiple team members at one time with various tasks 

  • A willingness to learn. 

  • Knowledge of basic computer programs (i.e. MS Office, MS Teams) and skilled at typing 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Ability to work with various types of personalities.

  • Attention to detail

  • Meticulously checks their own work.

  • Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information. 

General Duties

  • Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters 

  • Processing and filing invoices 

  • Creating new business forms and procedures as required. 

  • Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting services 

  • Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls 

  • Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data 

  • Ensuring availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary 

  • Other duties, as required
