Unlike referral sites that simply provide options and leave you to manage the details, we take full responsibility for the entire process—ensuring the job is completed to your satisfaction and that payment is handled seamlessly. With us, you can count on the job being done right, every time.
How do ensure the quality and reliability of your crews?

Post-Completion Inspection
After the work is completed, we inspect it thoroughly and confirm that you’re fully satisfied with the results.
Warranty Support
If any issues arise within the warranty period, we’ll coordinate with the trade professional to have it addressed promptly and at no additional cost to you.
Accountability
If for any reason the original contractor or sub-trade is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, we’ll step in and make sure the work is corrected, either by them or another trusted professional.
Are repair costs included in my subscription fee?
The subscription fee includes the initial inquiry, phone troubleshooting, access to our vetted employees and trades, and coordination to match you with the right tradesperson or service provider to meet your specific need. Any on-site assessments, repairs, or services will be billed separately, and we’ll provide you with a quote for you to review and approve before any work begins.

How can I trust you when you come to my house?
We understand that trust is essential, and while it’s ultimately earned, we take several steps to build it from the start:

Before anyone arrives at your home, we’ll tell you exactly who’s coming, and we’ll send you a photo for reference, so you can confidently recognize the person at your door. If a sub-trade is involved, we’ll also provide the name of the company they represent.
Mandina Team Uniforms
Our staff will arrive in a Mandina-branded shirt, so you’ll easily know they’re part of our trusted team.
Vulnerable Sector Checks
All of our supervisors have undergone Vulnerable Sector Checks through their local police department (the same standard required for teachers and retirement home staff), ensuring you can trust their presence in your home.
Open Communication
When you subscribe, you can provide any additional contacts you'd like included in communications, so
you’re always informed and involved.
